On each Show we will be demonstrating
AUSTRALIAN CAMP OVEN COOKING , with our old white Ford ute, the open CAMP FIRE and our BUSH STYLE DISPLAY .

Don't miss some of our free camp oven cooking samples , such as INA's Short Bread Cookies ( still hot from the camp oven ! Yummy !! ) , crispy Pork Spare Ribs ,
fresh hot Damper and more . ( If you are lucky Brian might even cook a bit of Brown Snake for you ! )

Enjoy Brian's or Ina's fair dinkum - all true! - australian Bush Tales , the great photos of Wollondilly River Station and just the friendly atmosphere .

Take a look ( and try a fresh sample ) at our new

Long Weekends :

On some Long weekends we offer some free entertainment in our large open BUSH STYLE ENTERTAINMENT AREA .

Big open fire places , music playing , sometimes live , Bush dances , Cartoons on TV for small children , Fireworks Display on June Queens Birthday Long Weekend and just our traditional Bush hospitality are some of the features .

The whole family is welcome to join in , including your PETS of course .
